NASA´s new vision of space exploration
After listening to Pedro Duque´s conference i´ve been reading a lot of stuff about space exploration, and spacecraft design. I´ve been using two main information sources:
- MIT opencourseware: a free and open educational resource for faculty, students, and self-learners around the world. (http;//ocw.mit.edu). In aeronautics and astronautics section (http://ocw.mit.edu/OcwWeb/Aeronautics-and-Astronautics/index.htm) there is an amazing course about spacecraft engineering in which you can find videos and notes about the shuttle concepcion, design, development, and operation. Simply fantastic.
- NASA´s web page (http://www.nasa.gov). This site is full of interesting things. The lastest information available explains the new plans for space exploration designed by Michael Griffin and his crew.
