2014 San Silvestre run, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

It is a tradition in Spain (and I believe in other countries as well) to organize a race the last day of the year. This year (2014) I spent Christmas in my home town, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, and took advantage of the good weather and the fact that I haven't been injured for a long time, to take part in our local San Silvestre. It was just a 6K fun run,  and the money is generally donated to a kids hospital, to help them cope with cancer. Here you have a couple of pictures:
